Website forms and service providers
Website form submissions may be processed by Web3Forms so the inquiry can be delivered to Sun Stone. We also use service providers that support property-management operations, tenant screening, maintenance, communications, and other requested services. Those providers may process information according to their own terms and privacy practices.
AppFolio
Our available-property listings and Owner and Tenant Portals use AppFolio. When you interact with an AppFolio listing, application, or portal, information may be collected and processed by AppFolio under its own privacy practices and the services configured for Sun Stone.
Cookies, Google Tag Manager & analytics
We use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to understand site usage and measure website performance and lead conversions. Our website analytics implementation is designed not to send form-entered names, email addresses, phone numbers, property addresses, or free-text messages to analytics. Analytics and related technologies may still collect device, browser, page, referral, and interaction information.
