Common questions

Maintenance Coordination FAQ

What counts as an emergency?

Anything that threatens habitability or safety: no heat, no water, active leaks, electrical hazards, or anything posing an immediate safety risk. These get triaged ahead of routine requests.

Can I use my own vendor?

Yes, within reason. Talk to us about any vendor relationships you already have before we start.

What's the Good Pet Guarantee?

If an approved pet causes qualifying damage beyond the security deposit, the Good Pet Guarantee may provide added protection subject to its program terms. See the About page for details.
