A note on responsibility and compliance
Commercial lease terms vary enormously. Who's responsible for a given repair, how CAM is calculated, who carries which insurance, and how ADA accessibility obligations are allocated all depend on the lease and the property. We review the lease before making any determination, and for accessibility questions we recommend a qualified legal or accessibility review.
